1. Service Description

ExecuFunction is an AI-powered productivity platform that helps you manage tasks, schedule time, and stay organized. The service includes:

• Calendar integration — bi-directional sync with Google Calendar
• Task management — create, organize, and schedule tasks with AI assistance
• Personal CRM — track relationships and contacts
• Knowledge base — notes and documentation
• Project management — organize work with milestones and linked code
• AI assistant — chat and voice interfaces for productivity help
• Mobile applications — iOS and Android apps
• IDE integrations — MCP server for Cursor, Claude Desktop, Windsurf, and other tools

2. Beta Service

During the beta period:

• Features may be added, modified, or removed without notice
• We do not guarantee uptime or availability
• Data formats may change, though we will make reasonable efforts to migrate your data
• Your feedback helps us improve — we welcome bug reports and suggestions

3. Account Terms

• You must provide a valid email address via Google OAuth to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the service
• One person or legal entity per account
• You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. Google Calendar Integration

ExecuFunction integrates with Google Calendar to provide scheduling features. By connecting your Google Calendar:

• You grant us permission to read your calendar events and create new events
• We use this data solely to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy
• You can disconnect your calendar at any time from Settings

5. AI-Generated Content

ExecuFunction uses artificial intelligence to provide assistance. Regarding AI-generated content:

• Not professional advice — AI suggestions are not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, or financial advice
• Review before acting — You are responsible for reviewing AI recommendations before taking action
• AI may make mistakes — Task breakdowns, scheduling suggestions, and other AI outputs may contain errors
• No training on your data — We do not use your data to train AI models; your data is processed only to provide real-time assistance

6. Your Content

6.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create in ExecuFunction, including tasks, notes, projects, and other data.

6.2 License to Us

By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service to you. This license ends when you delete your content or account.

6.3 No Training

We do not use your content to train machine learning models. Your data is processed only to provide you with real-time AI assistance.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' accounts
• Use automated tools to access the service except through our official APIs and integrations (MCP server)
• Attempt to manipulate, jailbreak, or abuse the AI assistant
• Upload malicious code or content
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting hello@execufunction.com. We may also terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

ExecuFunction is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExecuFunction and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on our website or sending you an email. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
